Dekmantel Festival 2019 has revealed the artists for its next edition in Amsterdam.
The festival, which runs from Wednesday, July 31st, through Sunday, August 4th, announced the lineup one by one on Instagram Monday. It features a mix of house and techno acts, live performances and DJ sets, legacy artists and rising talent. By Monday evening, more than 100 artists were named in the complete lineup.
Live performers include Demdike Stare, Marie Davidson, Vatican Shadow, RAMZi, Deena Abdelwahed, The Exaltics, John T. Gast, Planetary Assault Systems, Terekke, Umwelt, Oceanic, Stellar OM Source and more. Róisín Murphy, Sunn O))), Yves Tumor, Jeff Mills, Juan Atkins' Cybotron, Suzanne Ciani, Mulatu Astatke, Pharoah Sanders Quartet, Sarah Davachi and Wally Badarou will also feature.
As for DJs, the likes of Shinichi Atobe, Donato Dozzy, Motor City Drum Ensemble, Object Blue, Batu, Bruce, Yu Su, Raphaël Top-Secret, Andrew Weatherall, DJ Fett Burger, Donna Leake, Afrodeutsche, Paquita Gordon, Upsammy and Surgeon are slated for sets. Ben UFO & Blawan, Eris Drew & Octo Octa, and Skee Mask & Zenker Brothers are down for back-to-backs.
