London festival GALA finalises 2023 lineup

- New additions to the May event include Overmono, Nubya Garcia and Kerri Chandler.
- South London festival GALA has finalised this year's lineup. Returning to Peckham Rye Park from May 26th through 28th, GALA has added Ahadadream, Nubya Garcia, SHERELLE and Amaliah back-to-back Richard Akingbehin, among others, to Friday's programme. The Saturday lineup will feature the likes of AceMoMA, Anz, OK Williams, Marie Malarie, Overmono and The Orb, who will play live. Sunday's bill includes Kerri Chandler, Heléna Star, Kornél Kovács, Yu Su and Prosumer back-to-back GIDEÖN. Stages across the three days will be hosted by Big Dyke Energy, Rhythm Section, Refuge Worldwide, BORN n BREAD, Corsica Studios and more. Charlie Bones will also return for a weekend-long Do!!You!!! radio broadcast. As in 2022, this year's GALA will raise money for Southwark Day Centre For Asylum Seekers.
