  • Resident Advisor is producing a panel at the first Night Time Economy Summit. Run by the Night Time Industries Association (NTIA), the summit is taking place at Bristol Beacon this Thursday, April 7th, and Friday the 8th. RA's 45-minute panel is scheduled to begin at 11:30 AM on Thursday. Our panel is about how there's no such thing as a "safe space" and how we can only work to make our spaces safer. Host Aliyah Husna from Good Night Out will be joined by four intersectional experts in this field: INTERVENTION's Yewande Adeniran (AKA Ifeoluwa), Silvana Kill from the NTIA, Carly Heath, Bristol's Night Time Economy Minister, and Ellie Stokes, who works at Bristol venue The Love Inn. Other topics explored at the summit include burnout, celebrating women in dance music, encouraging a greener night-time economy and how to best serve the LGBTQIA+ community.
