Moodymann has shared new tracks in a mix he created for Grand Theft Auto (GTA) Online.
"Kenny's Backyard Boogie Mix" features collaborations between the Detroit producer and Channel Tres, Nez, Gangsta Boo and guitarist Jessie Johnson from Prince's band, The Time. Currently, the mix is only available on the latest update to GTA Online, Los Santos Tuners. This new edition features a more developed version of Moodymann's in-game character, Kenny, who spends his time finding drivers for robberies and car boosts. Players who visit Kenny at a new venue called LS Car Meet can access the mix, which will be uploaded as a playlist later this week.
The Los Santos Tuners update also features recently released music on CircoLoco Records, a label launched by Rockstar Games, as well as remixes from Seth Troxler.
In December, GTA introduced DJ sets from Moodymann, Keinemusik and Palms Trax as part of a virtual nightclub called The Music Locker.
