  • Polifonic is launching a festival in Milan. In addition to their Puglia edition, the Italian crew will host a weekender in Milan at a TBA venue from Friday, June 5th, through Monday, the 8th. Jeff Mills, Adiel, Fred P, Mall Grab, Surgeon, Hiver, Matisa and Rosa Calix feature on the lineup, with Dasha Rush, 999999999 and Âme set to perform live. Ahead of the festival, Polifonic will be hosting a bimonthly series of workshops for women and non-binary people called W*LAB, also in Milan. They'll be free to attend with an RSVP. Each workshop will have a meet and greet and a knowledge sharing discussion, followed by a listening session. The first workshop will be held at Soul Math later this week, on Thursday, February 13th, with Mor Elian. Elena Colombi, Sassy J and Matisa are among the artists leading forthcoming workshops. Polifonic's flagship event in Puglia will run from July 23rd through 26th, with the likes of Carista, MCDE, Donato Dozzy and more. Read our review of Polifonic's 2018 festival.
