- The Jamaican artist is behind the label's first release, out on February 3rd.
Equiknoxx cofounder Gavsborg has started a new cassette tape label, Cassette Blair.
The Jamaican artist is behind the first tape, One Hour Service, which lands on February 3rd. Spanning dancehall and broken beat, it features guest vocals from Shanique Marie, Shiny People and Donai Singleton, among others.
The project follows last year's Writings Ov Tomato, the RA-recommended collaborative EP from Gav & Jord, AKA Gavsborg and fellow Equiknoxx member Time Cow.
Gavsborg's other label, Equiknoxx Music, has announced a new EP from affiliated artist Nick Deane, AKA Bobby Blackbird. Deane's debut solo vocal project, Ilė Ifẹ̀, is also out on February 3rd.
