  • Albanian festival ION will return in 2023. Run by the teams behind Kala Festival and Junction 2, ION will take place from September 6th through 13th at the seaside resort of Dhërmi, which is also home to Kala. The first artists confirmed for 2023—many of whom will play several sets across the festival—include DJ Stingray 313, Sonja Moonear, Chaos In The CBD, Nicolas Lutz, Otik and our latest cover star, Helena Hauff. Earlier this year, ION was mentioned in a feature looking at how to run destination festivals in a sustainable way. Find out more about ION 2023 via the website.
