SHERELLE has announced the debut release on her label, BEAUTIFUL.
BEAUTIFUL PRESENTS: BEAUTIFUL VOL 1. will be released digitally on August 31st. The 18-track compilation features new and exclusive tracks from Black electronic artists handpicked by SHERELLE, including KG, Loraine James, Tim Reaper, Nia Archives, Roska and Scratcha DVA with miles.
SHERELLE described the compilation as "one of the most ambitious projects I have ever worked on and the people involved are all artists that over the last year I have been wanting to work with." The release continues the label's mission of "Cultivating scenes within the Black and LGBTQI+ music community in and around Europe," and aims to "make it easier for future generations and help protect and grow the scene into something beautiful."
SHERELLE launched BEAUTIFUL earlier this year, with the intention to address the lack of diversity and representation of Black artists in electronic music.
