- The Butter Sessions founders collaborate with Kuniyuki on "Morning Sequence."
- Sleep D, AKA Maryos Syawish and Corey Kikos, will release their debut album in October. While most of the Melbourne duo's discography has been released on their label, Butter Sessions, this time they've teamed up with Anthony Naples and Jenny Slattery to release Rebel Force on their New York imprint, Incienso. "Morning Sequence," the penultimate cut on the ten-track LP, features Japanese producer Kuniyuki. Rebel Force follows several singles from the Butter Sessions founders, most recently this January's U+Zone. Revisit our 2017 label of the month feature on Butter Sessions.
