- The French producer and Planete Rouge boss's new LP is out this October.
A new Terence Fixmer album, called Through The Cortex, is due out in October on Ostgut Ton.
Through The Cortex is Fixmer's first full-length for Ostgut Ton, who say it touches on the sound heard on the French producer's previous two EPs for the label, 2016's Beneath The Skin and last year's Force. "Led as much (or more) by analogue sequencers, melodies and ultra-saturated sounds of synthesisers than drums and percussion," as today's announcement puts it, the eight-track album will get a release on vinyl, CD and digital formats.
Fixmer, who also heads the Planete Rouge label, has long been known for combining techno sounds with EBM and industrial music. He features prominently in Resident Advisor's recent EBM feature by Holly Dicker.
