- He's also invited DJ Hell and Freddy K to spin at the two-level event this month.
Marcel Dettmann has programmed an upcoming Klubnacht at Berghain on September 23rd.
The German DJ, who's been a resident at the club since it opened almost 13 years ago, has assembled a lineup that touches on techno, electro and EBM. In Berghain, Gesloten Cirkel, who's produced some of the best electro of recent years, will play live, sharing the downstairs bill with DJ Stingray, Dr. Rubinstein, Electric Indigo, Freddy K, Helena Hauff and Kobosil. In Aeternam Vale will also play live.
Panorama Bar, where the music will be softer, will host DJ sets from Avalon Emerson, DJ Hell, DVS1, Kate Miller, Manamana and Victor. There'll also be a live set from D-IX, while Dettmann will DJ on both floors. Expect the party to begin at midnight on Saturday and finish early Monday morning.
The upcoming Klubnacht isn't the first time a Berghain or Panorama Bar resident has programmed a night—Tama Sumo and Lakuti have occasionally curated lineups at the venue since 2015.
