- The tenth anniversary album from the Italian label also includes reworks from Red Axes and Roy Davis Jr.
Rebirth will continue its ten year celebration with a lengthy remix package.
Last year, the Italian imprint tapped Larry Heard to make a mix of Rebirth tracks, a set Bruce Tantum called "exhilarating" in his RA review. Now, Rebirth has signed up a crew of remixers to take on tracks from the back catalog.
Chicago legend Ron Trent reworks Tevo Howard to kick off the collection, with Roy Davis Jr. rounding out the Windy City contingent. Rebirth has also landed versions from some buzzy newer acts, namely a Palms Trax remix of Butch & C.Vogt and a Red Axes rework of Robytek.
