  • MoMA PS1's Warm Up has announced the lineup for its 2016 season. The weekly party has been happening in the museum's courtyard every summer since 1998. This year's lineup is wide-reaching as usual, with some dates organized more thematically than others. It kicks off on June 11th, where Fatima Yamaha is billed with grime selector Flava D and legendary rap producer DJ Premier. From there, highlights include local disco hero Danny Krivit alongside Honey Soundsystem on the 18th, as well as Lena Willikens, DJ Stingray and Theo Parrish all sharing a bill on July 2nd. DBM, the duo of UK producers Deadboy and Murlo, will join Skream on July 16th, and on the 30th it's Maya Jane Coles with Jay Daniel and Joey Anderson. August 6th is all about Jersey and Baltimore club, with scene leaders Swizzymack and TT the Artist topping the lineup, and the 13th is headlined by Special Request (AKA Paul Woolford), with additional sets by Doc Scott as well as Mumdance and Logos going back-to-back. Joy Orbison and Ben UFO will spin together on August 20th, joined by Diagonal boss Powell, and Warm Up will close out the season on the 27th with sets from DJ Paypal and Elysia Crampton. Advance tickets have gone up four dollars since last year to $22, while day-of tickets have gone up five to $25. For a full list of events check out the MoMA PS1 official site.
