Rush Hour store starts Japanese record series

- Three sought-after boogie seven-inches will come out next week.
- Amsterdam's Rush Hour store is starting a new vinyl series focused on Japanese music. The first three releases in the brief series are boogie reissues: Ryo Kawasaki's Little One, Eri Ohno's Skyfire and Fuwari Fuwa Fuwa by Ruriko Ohgami. All three will be available next week on seven-inch vinyl in a limited run of 800 copies. A crew of label affiliates—co-founder Antal plus Hunee, San Proper and Soichi Terada—will be in Japan this weekend for a label showcase at Rainbow Disco Club, which featured in our rundown of the world's best festivals for April 2016. Rush Hour recently relocated its Amsterdam record shop to a new spot on Spuistraat, celebrating the move with a weekend-long run of parties. Tracklist Eri Ohno - Skyfire: 01. Skyfire 02.
