  • Dopplereffekt will play a small string of dates in the US in May and June following their appearance at Movement. The mysterious Detroit group consisting of Gerald Donald (aka Heinrich Mueller) and an unidentified female partner, perhaps best known for the former's association with legendary electro act Drexciya, will play their first proper series of American shows since 2009. Following an appearance on the Underground Stage on the Sunday night of Movement, the they'll head to Santos Party House in New York on May 31st, alongside fellow live synth act Solvent, before moving onto Portland, Oregon for a date at Groove Suite as part of Renegade Rhythms, where they will play with local techno DJ Bryan Zentz. The next day, Dopplereffekt will hit San Francisco at a TBA location for No Way Back, featuring resident DJs Conor and Solar. You can hear a recording of the act's live set from 2011's BLOC festival here on Mixcloud.
