- Greek Underground producer GPAL lets loose with a very hot EP from Shinichi. GPAL has been very busy with success from his debut EP ‘Future Music EP’ and single ‘Queen Blue’ still stinking up the clubs. ‘Beneath the Surface’ has just recently been featured on the YoshiToshi compilation ‘In House We Trust 2’.
‘Beneath The Surface’ is a piano lead emotive house track with an array of smooth percussion on top of a deep groove. It comes with two versions, a piano and tribal mix. The piano mix is constructed gorgeously around the natural piano while the tribal mix is full on tribal heaven with heavy drums.
‘Moon Rising’ is a beautiful eyes closing moment. It’s a collection strings and synths accompanied by a sultry beat which borders on funk and lifts this track along weightlessly. This also comes with two mixes. The first being the atmospheric mix which is heaven a stick. The second is the soul mix which moulds soul and house into one.
