- Driven by a splintered breakbeat, the Asymmetric remix of K-Chaos's "Off-Topic" lives up to its name. It opens with murky siren sounds and some heat-seeking bass. Manic drum work writhes and churns until each sample is stretched to breaking point. In between each breakbeat you're suspended amid noises that sit somewhere between an elephant trumpet and rusty metal. It feels like the track is loading another ammo clip for the next blitz. On a technical level, it's a spiralling marvel, but "Off-Topic"'s almost barbaric atmosphere is where its thrills truly lie.
