- Turin likely isn't the first city you think of when booking EasyJet flights for a weekend of clubbing. But the city has been making recent waves thanks to local promoters Outsiders, and their resident DJ Paolo Macrì. Macrì inaugurated Outsiders' in-house label last year with a spicy helping of minimal funk, and he arrives on LowMoneyMusicLove with more of the same. My favorite from this release is "Progressivo 4am." Drums dart like skipping stones while an ascending synth chord progression gives it a pensive pause. It's simple, but effective, and should be enough to pique more excitement about the Northern Italian locale.
