A dangling, broken techno rhythm is eventually overtaken by a fog of synth that becomes a roaring crescendo, like early Shed meets Samuel Kerridge, or maybe Slowdive goes dub techno. It grows more and more ominous as it lurches towards its finale, a piece of sound design wizardry that feels more like a scintillating penny dreadful than a standard techno tune.
