- "Drip" was a standout from Japanese artist Cuushe's 2020 album WAKEN, with a spring in its step that eventually formed into house music. On her excellent remix—taken from a new LP—Hyperdub affiliate Loraine James speeds it up into a footwork-IDM hybrid, with addictive broken drum patterns and stuttering vocals. James turns "Drip" into a giddy, starry-eyed love song, with the nimble touch that's made her one of the UK's breakout stars over the past couple of years.
