- The next release on the always interesting Jukebox in the Sky label comes from Natalia Data with V.I.P.. It is the labels first release that is not from Slacker, so much is expected from this promising talent.
The Original Mix is quite a nice quirky affair thanks to some crisp drums, twisted sounds and effects and smooth vocals put down by Natalia herself. The track flows nicely throughout and is a real solid start to this very impressive EP.
The Cut The Bitchin Mix is next up. Natalia does quite well here yet again with a more bouncy electro mix here accompanied by some more quirky drum patterns and unique sounds and effects.
The Rhythm Code Remix lifts the pace of this release with a pretty intense and solid remix. The track flows intensely with some driving baselines, busy drum patterns and a few vocal cuts and effects. Solid work from the Rhythm Code crew.
Next up is the SCSI9 In Out Remix which is perhaps the smoothest of the lot with smooth baselines and warm strings alongside some crisp and delicate drum patterns. Good solid work from SCSI9.
Up last is the Ercolino Remix which takes a more gritty and unique approach. It is perhaps the quirkiest mix of the lot, thanks to some droning baselines, quirky effects and the main vocal flowing nicely throughout it all.
