- Next up on the Musiq imprint comes a release from Yin & Yunk. Expoect two solid chunky house cuts in this, their Zurich EP.
First up on the a-side is Westside, and this really is a very tasty piece of work. The beats are quite intense and chunky from the word go building with good use of drums and deep baselines. As the track progresses, more electronic effects come into the loops that eventually lead into the nice uplifting breakdown.
Longstreet is on the flip and again the track works quite well thanks to good solid drums and percussion. The low end sounds are again spot on as this smooth house production that gathers a bit of pace and energy as it nicely builds.
A very impressive release here from DJ Gogo and G Calabro that fuses good solid tech sounds with a chunky house foundation.
