As the name suggests, there's more going on than jungle. The title track looks to electronic music's early days, its punchy rave stabs contrasting the rolling Reese basslines that hold it all up. When Thugwidow's breaks come in, they hit hard, moving fast and nimbly. But his tracks are also ensconced in an atmosphere that comes out on "A Cluster Of Angry Repeating Thoughts."
