ADF – What I Need

  • The smoothly flowing wagon at Method Recordings continues to ride along nicely, this time with a release from ADF by the name of What I Need. It’s an all Italian release this with Adriano Filipuccui the man behind ADF, and the remix duties coming from fellow countryman EXEM. The Original Mix is first up and on the whole it is quite a minimal progressive cut. Pretty smooth tribal percussion builds the track while subtle effects make solid appearances throughout. After the main breakdown, solid piano notes echo as the beats roll alongside a deep baseline. On the flip, EXEM turns in his reworking and adds a nice touch to the release. Another solid production, the track is quite a tough progressive production, using some deep dark synths as well as some strong drum patterns. One could have probably asked for a little more variety but it is quite a solid track nevertheless. Not a bad outing for Method, but for me not as strong as some previous releases.
