Progressive songstress Nadia Ali celebrates the release of a new single, Crash and Burn, next week at Mansion New York.
Ali's best known for lending her honeyed vocals to the crossover single 'Rapture' (2001) as part of New York outfit iiO, but these days she's striking out on her own. 'Crash and Burn' arrives on June 17 on Ali's label Smile in Bed with a handful of remixes from the likes of Sultan & Ned Shepard, Dean Coleman and Astro & Glyde.
Ali will perform 'Crash and Burn' as part of a live show at swanky club Mansion, which is housed in the old Crobar/Studio Mezmor building. Sultan also makes the trip from Montreal to spin, too.
