  • Midlands club Original Four gets regular with two new weekly nights beginning late September... Original Four is a 500-capacity club in Leicester set in an old Tudor building over four rooms. So far this year the venue has held irregular nights but come late September, the club will launch new weekly Friday and Saturday parties. Breaks, indie, rock and drum'n'bass will be on the menu at Spectrum on Fridays with O4+ on Saturdays serving up electro, house, minimal and techno. The first Spectrum night on Friday, September 29 hosts cunning breaks duo Atomic Hooligan and Manchester indie promoters Exile. On the Saturday, O4+ will host Bestival chief Rob da Bank, Czech star Lucca and French electro export Ludovic Vendi. Other guests lined up in the coming months include Superfreq's Mr.C, house jedi Tom Middleton, Justice, The Freestylers, FC Kahuna and King Roc. The new weekly nights at Original Four start Friday, September 29th, 2006 and Saturday, September 30th, 2006.
