Queer promoters INFERNO and Ponyboy collaborate on London and Glasgow parties

  • Glasgow queer hair salon and party series Ponyboy has announced two collaborative events with London promoter INFERNO. Taking place at London club Colour Factory on April 27th, the first party will include sets from Slim Soledad, softchaos, Blood of Aza, Miss Cabbage, LOVECAT, HASZNAT, Sweatmother and Shrek666. The following Saturday, May 4th, Glasgow club Exit will host the likes of allyXpress, Wax Wings, KAVARI, 4Walllzz, Dream Boi, Shawn Nayar, Lourdes and Brother of Set. Ponyboy will also host a Clubkid Pride party at another Glasgow club, Stereo, with Juliana Huxtable, Opia and LVRA on July 13th, as well as an all-trans alternative drag festival, more details of which are TBA. Named after the SOPHIE track of the same name, Ponyboy launched in 2022 and has since hosted the likes of LSDXOXO, Halal Kitty, Joey Mousepads, Holly Warcup and Junglehussi. Founded in 2015 by Lewis G. Burton, INFERNO prioritises and champions queer, trans, nonbinary and female DJs and performers. Past guests include Louisahhh, Salome, olesia, Manni Dee and Volvox.
