ItaloJohnson to split up after Easter Berghain show

- ItaloJohnson are splitting up at the end of this month. The news was confirmed to Resident Advisor by the trio's agent earlier today, March 4th. Their final performances will take place later this month at Bassiani on March 29th and Panorama Bar, where they'll play the closing set at the Berlin club's Easter celebration on Monday, April 1st. Formed in 2010, ItaloJohnson once described their sound as "simple body soul music." They built their reputation around a string of acclaimed, self-released EPs while trying their best to hide their identities, remaining semi-anonymous for the bulk of their time together.
