RA to host panel at Thailand's Wonderfruit Festival

- The sustainability-focused event takes place at Siam Country Club from December 14th through 18th.
- Resident Advisor is hosting a panel at Thai festival Wonderfruit later this week. Hosted by senior staff writer Nyshka Chandran, the hour-long discussion will examine ways in which artists can play culturally significant or traditional music in a responsible manner. The three panelists are Siamese Twins Records cofounder Sunju Hargun, Savage Hanoi resident Di Linh and Chris Menist of the Paradise Bangkok Molam International Band. It will take place at 3 PM on Sunday, December 17th. Returning to Siam Country Club in Pattaya from December 14th through 18th, this year's Wonderfruit gathering will host artists such as DJ Stingray, Helena Hauff and Space Afrika. The festival places a firm emphasis on sustainability, with all attendees required to bring their own cups–an initiative that prevents some 200,000 cups from being wasted every year.
