Portuguese experimental festival OUT.FEST announces 2023 lineup

- OUT.FEST, one of Portugal's oldest and most important experimental festivals, is turning 19 in October. The festival will run from the 4th through 7th in Barreiro, a town just a short ferry ride from Lisbon. The action will be split across five venues, including a theatre, a library and a church. Highlights on this year's lineup include DJ Marcelle, HiTech, Sven-Åke Johansson & Jan Jelinek, Afrorack, Voice Actor, Dawuna, Lustsickpuppy, Scotch Rolex & Shackleton and Cucina Povera. Launched in 2004, OUT.FEST has showcased more than 300 performances across 50 venues in Barreiro. Every year, around 2,000 people attend. Find out more via the website.
