  • Resident Advisor and community radio station Refuge Worldwide are partnering on another round of free workshops. Four 90-minute sessions will take place across July and August at Refuge Worldwide's Berlin HQ, Oona Bar. Representatives from Black Earth Kollektiv, Body Language, Transmission and Kynant Records will explore four music industry topics: Booking and Promoting (July 24th), Climate Policy and Climate Justice In The Music Industry (July 31st), Label and Music Promotion (August 14th) and Artwork and Design For Music Releases (August 28th). As ever, spaces for the workshops are limited and priority will go to anyone from refugee backgrounds, BIPoC people, LGBTQIA+ people, disabled people, women, trans and non-binary people or anyone who feels like, due to their background, they struggle to access music education in Berlin. People are free to apply to more than one workshop. Sign up now for the new series. RA and Refuge Worldwide have been collaborating on workshops since 2021. Past tutors include Juba, CCL and Nick Höppner.
