Last Friday, Glasgow DJ and producer TAAHLIAH quietly released a 30-track edit and remix compilation, which features reworks of everyone from Kelela and Evita Manji to Megan Thee Stallion and Kim Petras.
VA - Disruptive Frequencies

A tireless champion of leftfield classical music, London label Nonclassical has put out a new compilation in response to the "distinct lack of visibility for Black and Brown artists within the field of experimental music & sound." Compiled by sound artist and researcher Amit Dinesh Patel, AKA Dushume, Disruptive Frequencies features music from six Black and South Asian producers. There's also a launch party at London's Kings Place on July 15th.
Suzanne Ciani & Jonathan Fitoussi - Golden Apples Of The Sun

Synth queen Suzanne Ciani has a new album on the way. She's collaborated with French composer Jonathan Fitoussi on a project that blends synths with sounds taken from nature.
