Musician and educator Joseph "Amp" Fiddler has launched a crowdfunding campaign to help with the cost of his ongoing health treatment.
After undergoing surgery for an unknown condition this past August, the Mahogani Music affiliate is now recuperating at home following months in the hospital, according to the fundraiser. He's requesting $50,000 to "support his continued healing as he journeys back to the stage."
A singer, songwriter, keyboardist and producer, Fiddler is known for his funk-inflected dance music and collaborations with George Clinton, Moodymann, Prince and other legends. For more on Fiddler, revisit his 2017 RA Exchange below.
