São Paulo's Gop Tun Festival confirms Jayda G, DVS1 for 2023

- São Paulo's Gop Tun Festival has announced the lineup for its second edition. Taking place on Saturday, April 22nd, at Village Canindé, the event will showcase more than 30 local and international artists, including Jayda G, Mall Grab, DVS1, Nicola Cruz, Lena Willikens, Bambounou, DJ Seinfeld, Roza Terenzi, BADSISTA back-to-back Evehive, AceMoMA, Jasmine Infiniti, Harvey Sutherland, Bradley Zero and Zombies In Miami. The festival will be spread across four stages: Main Stage, the techno-oriented Supernova, the house and disco-focussed Danceteria and Não Existe, where artists will perform live sets featuring their own productions and more experimental rhythms. Two satellite parties—both still TBA—exploring other areas of São Paulo are also in the pipeline. "Around 70 percent of the international artists will be performing for the first time in Brazil," said cofounder Caio Taborda. "From the 'aesthetic' point of view, the festival will dive into the dichotomy between the urban and the organic, something that in our vision is one of the most beautiful divergences that makes São Paulo a unique city." Founded by Taborda, Bruno Protti, Fernando Nascii and Gui Scott, Gop Tun began as a label and collective in 2012. In April 2022, the first festival took place with the likes of Eris Drew & Octo Octa, Avalon Emerson and Dr. Rubinstein.
