  • Community interest project The Imaginarium is moving to a permanent new home in Leeds city centre. Located on Church Walk, the new spot encompasses a cafe, record store, plant shop and 120-capacity, multi-use event space, which is available to hire. The plant and record shop will be run by local business Plant & Deck. After a soft launch in October, The Imaginarium has parties with local promoters The Motif and Planet Orange lined up across the next couple of weeks. Future events from the likes of The Off Licence and Subterranea are also in the pipeline. Founded as a community interest company in the Kirkstall area, The Imaginarium is run by a team of DJs, producers, visual artists and promoters. It offers a wide range of creative courses and classes, and profits are invested back into the business. Here are some more photos.
