  • dublab is turning 23. To mark the occasion, it's throwing a fundraiser and a party this Saturday at the 2220 Arts + Archives cultural center in its home base of Los Angeles. The fundraising event highlights DJs and live acts from the station's roster and community such as claire rousay, Qur’an Shaheed, Dustin Wong and Anenon. That will be followed by a party at a secret location featuring the likes of Santiago Salazar, Dirty Bird and Juke Bounce Werk members. "As a public arts organization, to be celebrating 23 years of existence is nothing short of a small miracle," Alejandro Cohen, dublab’s director, said in a statement. "The challenges non-profit organizations face year after year are worth it when you look back at the people we serve and how we enrich the community through our programs."
