  • Ghostly International has a new parent company. Established today, May 12th, All Flowers Group will act as a sister company to Secretly Group—a partner of Ghostly International—and operate within Secretly's network of labels. All Flowers Group also includes drink sum wtr, a new label that Secretly helped launch with Nigil Mack, vice president of A&R at Republic Records. Run by Mack, Alexandra Berenson, senior director of A&R, and Ghostly International founder Sam Valenti IV, All Flowers Group will seek to add more labels down the road, Mack told Resident Advisor. Chris Swanson, Secretly Group cofounder and president of A&R, explained the intention behind the parent company in a press release. "As a believer that record labels—especially in 2022—play a crucial role in the artist development landscape, I see labels forming alliances as label groups as a means to providing more competitive services for their artist partners." drink sum wtr officially launched today with the signing of New York rapper Deem Spencer. In June, it will releases a series of singles by Shelley FKA DRAM, Sol Galeano and Wahid. For more information on All Flowers Group, check the official website. Photo: Ye Fan
