- Scheduled for January 10th, the beginners classes will be hosted by Deaf Rave and Groove School.
A series of DJ workshops for deaf people are planned in Brixton, South London, next month.
A collaborative project between Deaf Rave and Groove School, and with support from Arts Council England, the January 10th sessions will be open to complete beginners. Running from 6 PM through 8 PM, they'll be the UK's first deaf DJ workshops, according to Deaf Rave.
Deaf Rave was founded by Troi Lee, who wanted to give deaf, hearing and disabled performers a platform to display their love for music.
To sign up for the workshops or for more info, message Deaf Rave on Instagram.
