  • GAS, AKA the German electronic musician Wolfgang Voigt, has a new album out. Arriving three years after his Rausch LP, Voight's tenth album, Der Lange Marsch, was released today. Comprising 11 tracks, the record continues his GAS project's sample-based fusion of ambient and classical music. The LP is available on double-vinyl, CD and digital formats through his own Kompakt imprint. Also today, Voigt has announced the opening of a retrospective exhibition, "Werkschau" at Kompakt Cologne, which will showcase the artistic works he has created over the last few decades. The show launches today, December 3rd at 4 PM GMT and will run through January 15th, at which date there will be a closing discussion between Max Dax, Wolfgang Voigt and Jens-Uwe Beyer.
