  • INSIDE: COP26, a new daily broadcast from Clyde Built Radio and UK music charity EarthPercent, launches today, November 1st. Starting at midday GMT, the show will run throughout the UN climate summit, which is taking place in Glasgow from November 1st through 12th. The broadcasts will combine on-the-ground coverage with input from climate activists, young people, indigenous voices and musicians such as Brian Eno, Hot Chip, Coldcut's Matt Black and Cosmo Sheldrake. Eno, a fervent climate change campaigner, has a segment called "Eno Insights," which promises a "daily dive" into his mind and "innovative ways to save the planet." INSIDE: COP26 is a collaboration between EarthPercent's Sophie Shnapp, climate scientist Saleemul Huq and Clyde Built Radio. Shnapp will host the broadcasts alongside Tori Tsui, a climate justice activist and environmental health advocate from Hong Kong, and Love Ssega, a British-Ugandan musician, producer and climate activist. EarthPercent is a UK charity working to encourage musicians and music-related organisations to support the climate emergency. Listen to INSIDE: COP26 here.
