Portable has announced a new album.
Spanning 10 tracks, My Sentient Shadow will be released on February 4th, 2022, via Circus Company. It's the Paris-based artist's eighth LP and features cameos from Mandy Alexander and NiQ E. His last album was 2020's The Transit Of Mercury.
Ahead of the album, Portable will release two EPs, also on Circus Company. These will be his first releases for the Parisian label.
Two versions of My Sentient Shadow's lead single, "I Feel Stronger Now," will be released on the My Event Horizon EP on November 5th, alongside a more dance floor-focused cut. A second EP, due in 2022, will feature remixes from DJ Qu and Patrice Scott.
