Now on its seventh episode, Our House: Clubs And Their Stories has profiled venues such as Berlin's sex-positive KitKatClub, Uebel & Gefährlich in Hamburg, Munich's BLITZ, Leipzig venue Institut fuer Zukunft (IfZ), hip-hop club Freund & Kupferstecher and Offenbach's much-loved Robert Johnson.
As well as detailing the venues's histories, DJ Gigola explores ideas of resistance, queer identities, safe spaces and crowd demographics. To produce the ten episodes, she did over 50 interviews across seven cities and three months.
