Lone has announced his 8th studio album, his first in five years.
Always Inside Your Head is a ten-tracker heavily influenced by post-punk bands Cocteau Twins and My Bloody Valentine. It will be available in vinyl, CD and download formats, as well as on streaming platforms. The album's lead single "Hidden By Horizons" is out today.
"It feels surreal and amazing to finally announce this project - my first studio album since Levitate in 2016," the artist wrote in his instagram post. "Written and recorded in Nottingham between late 2018 and early 2021, this is the album I always wanted to make. My entire heart, soul and mind went into this record and it feels good to finally start bringing this music into the world. I hope you enjoy! Much love."
Always Inside Your Head will be released via left-field electronic imprint Greco-Roman on October 22nd.
