  • BAIHUI 百会, an online radio station based in China, officially launched this week. Established by Xiamen-based producer Knopha, Zhao Dai resident Slowcook and Frau from the promoter duo and creative agency China Social Club, the independent platform aims to connect music communities around the world's second-largest economy. Current programming includes a recap of Zhao Dai's recent seaside festival in addition to regular shows hosted by Yu Su, Shanghai label Eating Music, Hong Kong-based DJ Mr. Ho, experimental duo Gong Gong Gong as well as HAO and Cora of Chengdu club .TAG. Asian Dope Boys, Kaishandao, Knopha and other artists in China's electronic scene will also present radio content.
    The station's name refers to a Chinese term for an acupuncture point located at the head's highest position. For more information on events and shows, visit the official website.
