- The two-hour program, Harm Reduction at the Function: Expert Advice on Safer Partying, will take place tomorrow.
Ridgewood club Nowadays is hosting a two-hour program dedicated to safer partying education.
Organized by various queer promoters across New York, Harm Reduction at the Function: Expert Advice on Safer Partying will be led by Mt. Sinai's LGBTQ fellow, Dr. Roy Zucker alongside local EMTs. The program will focus on safer drug use and life-saving information like the possible outcomes of mixing substances, how to handle overdoses, proper recovery position and more.
The event will take place tomorrow, June 24th, in the Nowadays backyard from 7:30 PM to 9:30 PM.
