  • Andrew Weatherall's long time production partner Keith Tenniswood has produced a T-shirt and sweat-shirt range in memory of the late DJ and producer. Tenniswood, AKA Radioactive Man, announced the Love & Sabres merch series on April 6th, Weatherall's birthday. The print was inspired by a photograph Tenniswood took of Weatherall around the time of the Two Lone Swordsmen album From The Double Gone Chapel in 2004. "I'd got some of these printed for friends at Xmas and wanted to make them available to all, and raise some money for charity which he'd supported too," Tenniswood wrote. "It's hard to put into words what Andrew achieved in his life and what he meant to so many people, not a day goes by without thinking about him." Around 50 percent of all profits from sales will go to charities Weatherall supported: food banks, Amnesty International, the MS Society, Thrombosis UK, Crisis and The Trussell Trust. The remaining profits will go to Weatherall's partner. Take a look at the merchandise, and revisit our Remembering Andrew Weatherall feature from last year.
