  • Planet Mu is releasing Eomac's fourth album. Produced in a rural region in Ireland, Cracks was inspired by Leonard Cohen's idea that a crack is "how the light gets in." The album is the Irish producer's first in three years, following 2018's Reconnect and Bedouin Trax, which came out in 2016. Cracks reportedly represents a shift in Eomac's sound, in part due to his move away from Berlin, where his last two albums were recorded. It's due out on April 16th, 2021. Eomac, real name Ian McDonnell, is one half of the acts Lakker, noeverything and Lena Andersson. He has also released music as his alter ego, EeOo, such as his 2018 LP, Owning The Past. Listen to "What Does Your Heart Tell You?"
