Yoshinori Hayashi is back on Smalltown Supersound with a new album.
Spanning 12 tracks of jungle, breaks, techno and free jazz, Pulse Of Defiance arrives on April 9th. It's the Tokyo-based artist's second full-length on the Norwegian label following 2018's Ambivalence.
Hayashi, who works at a record shop and has studied with Japanese composer Mica Nozawa, previously released the 2019 EP γ via Smalltown Supersound. Last year, Prins Thomas and Bjørn Torske also remixed Hayashi's debut album.
