  • Marshall Jefferson & Byron Stingily's long-defunct Ten City act has released a new single via Ultra Records. "Be Free" is the first new music from the legendary group since 1996. Ten City was one a handful of house acts to achieve mainstream success. The Chicago group, which at the time was a Jefferson-produced unit featuring Stingily, Byron Burke and Herb Lawson, scored a chart-topping hit with the 1989 vocal house cut "That's The Way Love Is." "Be Free" features production from Emmaculate and Shannon Chambers, and lyrics by Stingily. Listen to the new single via your preferred method.
