Âme have reworked their 2018 debut album, Dream House.
The Berlin-based duo were commissioned to mix Dream House: A Strollology as the soundtrack to Berlin, Berlin, an online exhibition curated by High Snobiety to celebrate fashion week. Alongside the reworked material, which includes collaborations with Matthew Herbert and Planningtorock, are field recordings from the streets of Berlin. The aim was to provide an ideal soundscape for walking around during lockdown.
The mix will be available as a free download from Friday, January 22nd, the day of the event's premiere.
Berlin, Berlin will run from Friday, January 22nd, through Sunday, January 24th. The virtual experience will involve figures across the fashion, music, art and design industry, including Jonas Lindstroem and Olafur Eliasson's Little Sun.
